Who We Are:

We are a vibrant team of Dance & Fitness Instructors, licensed in Zumba, ZumbaKids, Pound Fitness, Punch Fit, Strong Nation, Circl Mobility and Dance. Led by our experienced Team Leader, who holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Post Graduate Diploma of Education, we bring a wealth of teaching experience across various educational settings, from Primary Schools to University. Ensuring safety and credibility, our team holds current WWVP cards and First Aid Certificates.

Our mission is to empower educators by providing engaging dance & fitness programs that ignite a passion for movement among students, demonstrating that fitness can indeed be FUN. Our tailored programs focus on nurturing essential life skills such as teamwork, confidence, self-esteem, creativity, coordination, and respect.

Dance Performance  Program

Perfect For:

Preschool to Year 6

How It Works:

Are you in search of assistance for a school performance, an assembly, or a memorable graduation item? Let Susan and her team craft choreography that will turn your students into shining stars while ensuring they have a blast!

Typically structured in 6 to 10-week blocks, our program offers one 40 to 45-minute class per week. Our instructors guide students in honing performance skills, understanding stagecraft, and fostering teamwork by supporting and encouraging each other.

Beyond the choreography lies a blend of gross motor skill development, alignment with necessary ACARA outcomes, and a holistic focus on educating the whole child.

Early Childhood Movement

Perfect For:

Preschool, Kindergarten, or Childcare Centres

How It Works:

Whether it's one class, a series of four, or an entire term, invite us over, and we'll have your little ones joyfully moving and grooving to a variety of beats. Our music selection is carefully crafted to captivate their imagination while fostering a sense of rhythm and beat recognition.

Opt for a one-time party class to add excitement, or join us weekly for engaging 40-45 minute sessions. The weekly classes can culminate in an outdoor dance extravaganza, inviting parents and families to join in the fun!

Dance in the Curriculum

Perfect For:

Suited to any primary age class

How It Works:

Aligned with the latest ACARA requirements, our classes are structured to offer your staff a comprehensive view of students both in a learning role and in a creative and performance capacity.

Spanning over 6-10 weeks, our program delves into Dance as a Performance Art, its cultural significance, and its enduring value as a lifelong activity. We cover learning outcomes from both the Dance and Physical Education (PE) curricula.

Additionally, we can provide staff with assessment guidelines and actively facilitate any specific needs they wish to address, ensuring an enriching and educational experience for both educators and students.

Disco Lights

Party Class

Perfect For:

A Celebration Session for Any Group Deserving a Party!

How it Works:

This session is all about celebration and is perfect for any group that has earned a party!

Our instructors will work closely with your staff members to tailor the session to your preferences. We can set up a lively disco atmosphere with party lights and dance music, or we can curate a mix of games, activities, and a splash of dancing. If your focus is on commemorating 100 days or if your students have been exploring a specific country, we'll infuse activities and music that celebrate these themes.

Let us take the lead on planning and presenting, allowing your classroom teachers to fully enjoy celebrating with their students stress-free!

ZUMBA Kids Classes

Perfect For:

Pre-school to Year 6 students. An opportunity for active engagement through dance, exploring music from around the world.

How It Works:

Zumba® Kids classes are designed with kid-friendly routines that make movement exciting. Our sessions break down dance steps, infuse games, activities, and include elements of cultural exploration within the class structure.

With over 10 years of experience delivering ZumbaKids programs in schools, our team ensures age-appropriate and enjoyable sessions. Whether integrated into your PE program across a block of classes or for 1 or 2 standalone sessions, we bring the fun and fitness to your students!

Primary School Disco

Perfect For:

Primary Schools

How It Works:

Our commitment goes beyond just providing lights and music; we step onto the dance floor to encourage everyone to get moving and have a blast!

Tired of events with songs featuring inappropriate lyrics or DJs playing only their preferred tunes? Look no further—contact us! We specialize in hosting disco events, whether during the day or evening. We ensure the use of current songs with appropriate lyrics and content. Plus, we don't just stand behind the booth; we join your students on the dance floor, setting the stage for an energetic and inclusive celebration!

Boxing Gloves

ZUMBA Classes

Perfect For

High School & College students

How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Let our team of experienced Zumba Instructors add some fun to your High School or College PE sessions. Every music selection and movement is meticulously chosen to suit the age, physical, and emotional status of students, ensuring an engaging and tailored fitness  experience.

Punch Fit

Perfect For

Year 11 & 12 students. Recommended for small groups due to the need for coordination and safety awareness.

For larger groups or younger students, we offer an adapted Shadow Boxing program eliminating the need for gloves & partner work.

How it Works:

Boxing workouts are versatile and cater to varying levels of strength and fitness. Our drills are adaptable, allowing us to adjust intensity and complexity based on the student group's needs. Sessions incorporate the use of boxing gloves and mitts, with students partnering up. This setup fosters collaborative work, mindfulness, and cultivates a healthy respect for one's body.

Strong Nation

Perfect For:

Year 5 and above. Encouraging students to explore new physical challenges through High-Intensity Interval Training.

How It Works:

Our program introduces students to a diverse range of exercises, including bodyweight exercises, resistance-style training, cardio activities, dynamic polymetric movements, and muscle conditioning. Strong Nation harnesses the power of music as the ultimate motivator, guiding students to safely and effectively perform movements such as shadow boxing, push-ups, squats, and burpees.

Pound

Perfect For

Year 5 onwards
 

How it Works

The work out combines cardio, pilates, isometric movements & poly metrics with constant stimulating drumming. The rhythm of drumming permeates the entire brain to improve focus, increase higher-level thinking and decision making skills, and decrease anxiety and fatigue. We provide the drumsticks, the students drive the beat.

Dance Presentation

Perfect For:

Ideal for Year 7 to Year 12 students. Tailored choreography sessions for student presentations.

How It Works:

Our Dance Performance classes are custom-designed to meet your specific needs, whether for a school assembly, a whole school concert, or a dance assessment presentation.

Let Susan and her team craft choreography that elevates all your students, making them shine while having loads of fun! Typically conducted in 6 - 10 week blocks, with one 40 - 45 minute class per week, our instructors guide students to develop performance skills, understand stagecraft, and collaborate as a team—supporting and encouraging each other throughout.

To add flexibility to the delivery, we can discuss the option of providing a teaching video.

    • $650 per day if fewer than 130 students
