Zumba Gold caters to active older individuals, those recovering from injuries, and participants with neurodivergent needs. The class incorporates user-friendly choreography that emphasises balance, range of motion, and coordination. Come ready to dance, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. This class is hosted by the Weston Creek Community Centre and all bookings and enquiries should go through them. It is open to all ages and all abilities
